Birch Leaf Mindfulness was created by Jeremy Pingram to help bring positive mental change into people's lives. After working within care settings, both in private nursing & in the NHS, Jeremy witnessed, the importance of promoting and nurturing peoples mental health and well-being.
At Birch Leaf Mindfulness we see life as a precious gift, for us to fully appreciate that gift it is important to nurture and care for our mental health. This is why our mission is to improve people's well-being and to help strengthen their resilience, enabling them to cope better with the daily stresses of life, plus by building a stronger foundation, to better cope with life's bigger events.
We want to help enrich peoples lives, helping them to gain the freedom to fully immerse themselves in the joys life, both big and small. We also look at promoting love, connection & compassion with our fellow human beings and the world around us.
Mindfulness first began at the University if Massachusetts Medical Centre, after being introduced to patients by its create Jon Kabat-Zinn. Since then, 1000`s of studies & research has gone into looking at the benefits of learning & practising mindfulness, with very positive reults.
